Cooking Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F).
  • Mince garlic finely and gather your ingredients.
  • Combine in a large bowl: bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, black pepper, and onion powder. Mix well.
  • Add ground beef, minced garlic, beaten eggs, and milk to the dry mixture. Mix gently until just combined.
  • Wet hands with cool water and form the mixture into 24 equal meatballs.
  • Grease the air fryer basket lightly and place the meatballs in a single layer.
  • Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Check the internal temperature at the 10-minute mark to prevent overcooking.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes after cooking before serving.
