Ingredients
  

  • - 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • - 1 red bell pepper chunked
  • - 1 yellow bell pepper chunked
  • - 1 red onion chunked
  • - ¼ cup olive oil
  • - 2 cloves garlic minced
  • - 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • - 1 tsp dried oregano
  • - ½ tsp dried thyme
  • - Salt & black pepper to taste
  • - Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Mix olive oil, garlic, paprika, oregano, thyme, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  • Add shrimp and toss to coat. Let sit 5–10 minutes.
  • Thread shrimp and veggies onto skewers.
  • Grill over medium-high heat, 2–3 min per side, until shrimp are pink.
  • Serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes

- Don’t overcook shrimp
- Customize marinade with chili flakes or fresh herbs
- Try adding pineapple chunks for a sweet twist
