- Salmon
- 1½ lbs salmon skinless, cubed
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- Bang Bang Sauce
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- ½ cup Thai sweet chili sauce
- 2 tsp Sriracha
- 2 tbsp honey
- Optional Garnish
- Chives or green onions
- Lemon wedges
- Sesame seeds
Preheat air fryer to 390°F.
Toss salmon cubes with oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
In a separate bowl, mix all sauce ingredients. Reserve half.
Coat salmon in the remaining sauce.
Air fry for 4–5 minutes per side or until fully cooked.
Drizzle with reserved sauce and garnish. Serve immediately.
