How to Make BBQ Stuffed Bell Peppers

  • Prepare the Peppers: Slice the tops off each bell pepper and remove the seeds.
  • Cook the Rice: Follow package instructions for long grain white rice.
  • Sauté the Onion: Warm olive oil in a skillet and sauté red onion until translucent.
  • Brown the Beef: Add ground beef and cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
  • Add Aromatics: Toss in minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
  • Combine Filling Ingredients: Stir in the rice, diced tomatoes, Worcestershire sauce, and seasonings.
  • Melt the Cheese: Stir in half of the cheddar cheese until melted.
  • Preheat the Grill: Set your grill to 375°F for indirect heat.
