Ingredients
  

  • - 2 cups cooked shredded chicken rotisserie recommended
  • - 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • - ½ cup buffalo wing sauce like Frank’s RedHot
  • - ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing
  • - 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • - Optional: green onions paprika, crumbled blue cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and dressing until smooth.
  • Fold in shredded chicken and cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and top with extra cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes until bubbly.
  • Serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggie sticks.

Notes

- Make up to 1 day ahead
- For extra spice, add jalapeños or use extra-hot buffalo sauce
- Use a slow cooker to keep warm for serving
