  • Sear pork belly until caramelized, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Add garlic and chilies; stir-fry for one minute.
  • Introduce cabbage and sauces: Shaoxing wine, soy sauce, sugar, and water.
  • Increase heat to high, cover, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  • Uncover and mix in black vinegar, scallions, and salt to taste.
  • Serve hot and enjoy immediately!
