Cheesy Spiced Naan Bombs

- Filling:
- 1 cup grated paneer
- 1 medium boiled potato mashed
- 1 cup grated mozzarella
- 10 –12 mozzarella cubes
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- 2 tsp achaar masala
- 1½ tsp roasted kasuri methi
- Dough:
- 1¾ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp semolina
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- ⅛ tsp baking soda
- ⅛ tsp baking powder
- ⅓ cup curd
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp kalonji seeds
- Milk for brushing
- Garlic Butter Topping:
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- 1 –2 green chilies minced
- 1 tbsp chopped coriander
- 1 tsp grated garlic
Make the filling with paneer, mashed potato, spices, and grated cheese.
Mix and knead dough with flours, curd, milk, and oil. Let rest 30 mins.
Divide into 15 balls, roll each into 3½-inch discs.
Fill each with mixture and a mozzarella cube. Seal well.
Brush tops with milk, sprinkle kalonji. Rest 10 mins.
Bake or air fry until golden brown.
Brush hot bombs with garlic butter and serve warm.
Can be prepped a day ahead
Store in fridge up to 2 days
Reheat in oven or air fryer for best texture
