Ingredients
  

  • cups fresh broccoli florets
  • ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • ¼ cup bacon bits or freshly cooked bacon, crumbled
  • cup mayonnaise Duke's recommended
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Dressing: In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar until smooth. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Combine Salad Ingredients: Add the broccoli florets, shredded sharp cheddar cheese, shredded mozzarella cheese, and bacon bits to the bowl with the dressing.
  • Toss the Salad: Gently stir all ingredients until the broccoli is evenly coated with the dressing and the mix-ins are well distributed.
  • Chill Before Serving: Cover the bowl and refrigerate the salad for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled.
