  • cup fresh cilantro adds a refreshing touch
  • 1 whole lime juiced for zesty acidity
  • 2 to 4 Tbsp milk to adjust consistency

How to Make Chuy's Jalapeno Dip

  • Chop & Combine: Add the roughly chopped jalapenos, minced garlic, and fresh cilantro to your food processor. Pulse until they reach a fine, even consistency.
  • Mix Ingredients: Pour in lime juice, sour cream, and ranch dressing mix. Pulse again until everything is thoroughly combined.
  • Adjust Consistency: Add milk a tablespoon at a time to reach your desired thickness. Keep pulsing until it's smooth and creamy.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Transfer your dip to a serving bowl. Serve with your favorite chips.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. You can freeze it for up to 2 months, but the texture may change.
