  • 1 pinch Sea Salt A pinch goes a long way to avoid overpowering flavors.
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup Honey or agave syrup can also serve as alternatives.

For the Toppings

  • 1 banana Banana Slices add a creamy sweetness and texture.
  • 2 tbsp Almond Flakes Toasted for a crunchy element.
  • 1 cup Berries Choose your favorites such as strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries.
  • 2 tbsp Shredded Coconut A great way to diversify textures.

Instructions
 

Basic Instructions

  • In a bowl or mason jar, mix 2.5 tbsp peanut butter with 1/4 cup almond milk until smooth and creamy.
  • Stir in 5 tbsp chia seeds, 0.75 tsp vanilla, 1 tbsp maple syrup, and a pinch of sea salt.
  • Pour in 3/4 cup almond milk and mix well until all ingredients are combined.
  • Let the pudding chill for at least 1 hour, stirring every 15-20 minutes during the first 30-40 minutes.
  • As the pudding sets, slice banana, toast almond flakes, and gather berries and other toppings.
  • Spoon pudding into bowls, layer toppings, and serve immediately.

Notes

Optional: Drizzle a little extra maple syrup on top for an added touch of sweetness.
