How to Make Coconut Mojito

  • Bruise the Mint: Place 8 mint leaves and 1 tablespoon of fresh lime juice in an 8-ounce glass. Use the end of a wooden spoon or muddler to gently bruise the mint against the sides and bottom, releasing those fragrant oils.
  • Mix the Ingredients: Stir in 1½ ounces of rum, 2 tablespoons of simple syrup, and 2 tablespoons of cream of coconut. Combine well to let those flavors meld together beautifully.
  • Add Ice and Soda: Fill the glass with ice, then top off with 4 ounces of club soda or lime sparkling water for that refreshing fizz. Give it a gentle stir to mix everything.
