Ingredients
  

  • - 3 large eggs
  • - 2 cups granulated sugar
  • - ¾ cup unsalted butter softened
  • - 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • - 2 cups all-purpose flour or gluten-free blend
  • - 12 oz fresh cranberries

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch pan.
  • Beat eggs and sugar for 5–7 minutes until thick and pale.
  • Mix in butter and vanilla; beat 2 more minutes.
  • Stir in flour until just combined. Fold in cranberries.
  • Spread into pan and bake 40–50 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
  • Cool completely before slicing. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.
