  • 1/8 tsp Ground nutmeg Freshly ground preferred; cinnamon works as an alternative.
  • 2 Fresh rosemary sprigs Optional for aroma and visual appeal.

How to Make Cranberry Orange Baked Brie

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Allow the brie to sit at room temperature for about 10 minutes.
  • In a bowl, combine the cranberry sauce, brown sugar, vanilla, orange zest, and nutmeg. Stir until blended.
  • Arrange the brie in a small baking dish or on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Generously spoon the cranberry mixture over the brie. Add chopped nuts and tuck in rosemary if using.
  • Bake for 8-15 minutes, until soft and slightly golden on top.
  • Remove from the oven and let it cool for about 5 minutes before serving warm with crackers or crostini.

Notes
