  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract Almond extract can be used instead.
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt Adjust to taste.

For the Toppings

  • 1/2 cup Almonds Chopped, walnuts or pecans can substitute.
  • 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips Mini chocolate chips are preferable.

How to Make Creamy Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Bark

  • In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, almond butter, chocolate protein powder, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and sea salt. Whisk until smooth and homogeneous.
  • Line an 8x10 inch baking pan with parchment paper. Pour the yogurt mix into the pan and spread it into an even layer.
  • Quickly sprinkle chopped almonds and chocolate chips over the yogurt mixture.
  • Place the pan in the freezer for 2-3 hours until completely solid.
  • Let the bark sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes, then peel away the parchment and break into pieces.

Notes

Optional: Drizzle with melted dark chocolate for an extra indulgent touch.
