  • 2 large English cucumbers sliced

  • Arrange cucumber slices on paper towels, sprinkle with salt, and let rest for 15 minutes.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together sour cream (or Greek yogurt), minced garlic, chopped dill, white vinegar, and black pepper until creamy.
  • Gently add cucumber slices and red onion to the dressing, tossing until well-coated.
  • Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes
