Instructions
How to Make Red Cabbage Slaw
In a large mixing bowl, toss together the thinly sliced red cabbage, shredded carrots, and chopped cilantro.
Add rice vinegar, granulated sugar, honey, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix it all together.
