  • 1 tablespoon Apple Cider Vinegar Or white wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder Or fresh minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika Or regular paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Fine Sea Salt Adjust to preference

Preparation Steps

  • Cut the green cabbage into 4 wedges, ensuring each wedge is about 1-inch thick for even cooking.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the extra-virgin olive oil, whole grain Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  • Generously brush the seasoning mix over both sides of each cabbage wedge, making sure they are fully coated for maximum flavor.
  • Place the cabbage wedges in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the edges are crispy and the centers are tender.
  • Once cooked, serve the cabbage wedges immediately while they're still hot and crispy.

Notes

Optional: Drizzle with balsamic vinegar for an extra flavor boost. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
