Ingredients
  

  • **Salmon Bites**
  • - 1 lb salmon skin removed, cut into chunks
  • - 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • - ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • - 2 large eggs beaten
  • - 1 tsp salt
  • - 1 tsp black pepper
  • - 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • - 1 tsp garlic powder
  • - ½ tsp cayenne pepper optional
  • - Oil for frying
  • **Bang Bang Sauce**
  • - ½ cup mayonnaise
  • - 3 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • - 1 tbsp sriracha
  • - 1 tsp lime juice
  • - Chives or green onion chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Set up three bowls: flour, egg, and panko mixed with seasonings.
  • Dredge salmon: flour → egg → panko.
  • Heat oil in skillet. Fry salmon 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
  • Drain on paper towels.
  • Mix sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Toss salmon in sauce or drizzle on top.
  • Garnish with green onions. Serve hot.

Notes

- Use fresh salmon for best results
- Adjust spice in sauce to taste
- Bake instead of fry for a lighter version
