For the Salmon Bites

  • 1 pound skinless center-cut salmon fillets
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese freshly grated
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika smoked paprika optional
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil extra virgin

For Garnish

  • 2 tablespoons scallions sliced

Preparation

  • Pat Dry: Start by patting the salmon pieces dry with paper towels.
  • Mix Ingredients: In a bowl, combine the grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Coat with Oil: Toss the dried salmon pieces gently with olive oil until they are lightly coated.
  • Coat with Mixture: Carefully mix the salmon with the Parmesan mixture until each piece is fully coated.
  • Prepare Air Fryer: Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and arrange the salmon pieces in a single layer.
  • Air Fry: Air fry the salmon bites at 380°F for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Garnish & Serve: Once done, transfer the salmon bites to a serving plate and garnish with sliced scallions.

Notes

Serve with lemon aioli or your favorite dipping sauce for an extra flavor boost.
