  • Pat the salmon pieces completely dry with paper towels.
  • In a bowl, combine grated Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to create a flavorful coating.
  • Toss the dried salmon pieces in olive oil, then add the Parmesan mixture, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
  • Lightly spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and preheat.
  • Arrange the coated salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer and cook at 380°F for 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with scallions, and serve immediately for optimal texture.
