  • 2 tablespoons Extra-virgin Olive Oil or avocado oil
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt adjust based on dietary needs

For the Spice Mix

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika for smoky flavor
  • 1 teaspoon Curry Powder for a warm, exotic twist

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas under cold water and pat them dry with a kitchen towel.
  • Spread the dried chickpeas onto the baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle sea salt. Toss gently.
  • Roast for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring occasionally until golden brown and crispy.
  • Toss with paprika or curry powder while still warm for extra flavor.
  • Let cool slightly and store in a loosely-covered container at room temperature.

Notes

For the best flavor, enjoy within two days. Optional: Toss with lemon juice before serving for added zest.
