How to Make Tasty Keto Zucchini Chips

  • Slice zucchini into 1/8-inch rounds and pat them dry to remove moisture.
  • Preheat air fryer to 400°F or oven to 425°F.
  • Beat eggs in a medium bowl until frothy.
  • Mix almond flour, parmesan cheese, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and pepper in another bowl.
  • Dip zucchini slices in egg wash, allowing excess to drip off, then coat thoroughly in almond flour mixture.
  • Place coated zucchini slices in a single layer in air fryer basket or on a baking sheet.
  • Air fry for 8 minutes or bake for 12 minutes, turning halfway through.
