How to Make Choc Chip Banana Bread

  • Preheat oven to 350˚F. Prepare your loaf pan by buttering and flouring it.
  • Cream together the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl using a paddle attachment until fluffy. Then add eggs and mix until just combined.
  • Mash bananas with a fork and add them to the mixing bowl along with vanilla extract. Mix until blended.
  • Whisk dry ingredients separately, then slowly add to wet ingredients, mixing gently until incorporated.
  • Fold in chocolate chips and transfer the batter to the prepared pan. Sprinkle additional chocolate chips on top.
  • Bake for 55-65 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Serve with a dollop of whipped cream for an extra treat. Store in an airtight container for up to 4 days at room temperature.
