  • 4 fl oz Heavy Cream (full-fat) Ensure it's cold for the best texture.

For the Coating

  • 1/2 cup Cocoa Powder (unsweetened) Sift for a flawless finish.

  • Heat heavy cream in a saucepan over medium heat until steaming, then pour it over the chopped chocolate.
  • Whisk the mixture gently in a figure-eight motion until smooth and combined.
  • Transfer the ganache to a clean bowl, cover tightly, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  • Sift cocoa powder into a bowl. Once the ganache is set, scoop portions and roll into small balls.
  • Roll each truffle in cocoa powder until fully coated.

Notes
