How to Make Carrot Ribbon Salad

  • Shred the red cabbage and slice the scallions thinly.
  • Whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, orange juice, orange zest, sesame oil, chili crisp, and honey in a small bowl until fully combined. Add minced garlic and stir.
  • Toss the carrot ribbons, red cabbage, and scallions together in a large bowl.
