How to Make Chocolate Kodiak Cake Protein Muffins

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 12-cup muffin tin by lining it with paper liners or greasing it lightly.
  • Mix together the chocolate protein drink, Kodiak muffin mix, and room temperature eggs in a medium bowl. Stir gently until just combined.
  • Spoon the batter evenly into the muffin cups, filling each about three-quarters full.
