Ingredients
  

Crust

  • 1 tube Refrigerated sugar cookie dough Forms a sweet base.

Cream Cheese Layer

  • 8 oz Cream cheese Softened for easy spreading.
  • 1/4 cup Sugar Enhances overall flavor.

Fruit Topping

  • Assorted Fresh fruit Use strawberries, kiwi, bananas, peaches, blueberries, or raspberries.

Preparation

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease the Large Round Stone or Pizza Stone with oil.
  • Shape the cookie dough into a ball and flatten into a 12" (30-cm) circle, about 1/4" (6 mm) thick.
  • Bake for 18–20 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool completely.
  • Mix cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Spread over the cooled cookie crust.
  • Arrange fresh fruits over the cream cheese layer. Chill in the refrigerator.
  • Slice the dessert pizza into 16 wedges and serve.

Notes

Serve slices with a side of whipped cream or chocolate sauce for dipping. Keep leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
