For the Seafood

  • 1 lb Shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb Wild-Caught Salmon Fillet

For the Sauce

  • 8 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 tsp Fresh Ginger minced
  • 3 tbsp Honey raw preferred
  • 13 oz Coconut Cream full-fat

For Cooking & Seasoning

  • to taste Olive Oil for sautéing
  • 3 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • to taste Cayenne Pepper optional heat
  • to taste Red Pepper Flakes optional heat
  • to taste Smoked Paprika or regular paprika
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

For Garnishing

  • 1 bunch Fresh Cilantro or parsley as substitute

Directions

  • Prepare the Seafood: Peel and devein the shrimp, and cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix the Marinade: Combine minced garlic, minced ginger, honey, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Drizzle the shrimp and salmon with olive oil.
  • Cook the Shrimp: Heat a skillet and sauté shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink; set aside.
  • Cook the Salmon: In the same skillet, cook salmon for 3-4 minutes until golden brown; set aside.
  • Deglaze the Pan: Lower heat, add unsalted butter, and stir in leftover marinade for 1 minute.
  • Combine and Simmer: Return shrimp and salmon to skillet; add cilantro and coconut cream, simmer for 1-2 minutes.
  • Serve Warm: Adjust seasoning and serve garnished with fresh cilantro.

Notes

Opt to drizzle with extra honey before serving for added sweetness.
