Preparation

  • Thaw edamame: If using frozen edamame, run it under warm water for about 2 minutes. Pat dry thoroughly.
  • Prepare seasonings: In a small bowl, mix your chosen seasonings together, ensuring there are no clumps.
  • Combine flavors: In a medium mixing bowl, toss dried edamame with 1.5 tablespoons of oil and sprinkle in the seasoning mix.
  • Bake/Air fry: Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 425°F for 20-25 minutes or air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
  • Cool and serve: Let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
  • Optional: Drizzle with extra lemon juice before serving.
