  • 1 box Pamela's Chocolate Brownie Mix gluten-free mix for rich texture
  • 1 cup Chocolate Squares Ghirardelli squares for flavor and cap shape

For the Decoration

  • 1 tube Colored Frosting pre-made frosting gels for quick decorating
  • 1 cup Colored Mini M&Ms for tassels and decoration

Instructions

Steps to Make Graduation Brownies

  • Start by following the package instructions for Pamela's Chocolate Brownie Mix. Mix until well combined, ensuring the batter is smooth and free of lumps.
  • Spoon the brownie batter into mini muffin pans, filling each cup to the top. Bake at 350°F for about 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out with a few moist crumbs. Let them cool completely.
  • Once cool, carefully trim the tops of the brownies to create even, flat surfaces.
  • Use the frosting or sparkle gel as 'glue' to attach a chocolate square on top of each brownie. Allow them to set for a few minutes until the frosting firms up.
  • Once dry, pipe frosting diagonally across the chocolate square to create the tassel. Add a mini M&M in the center for a fun finish.

Notes

Optional: Sprinkle edible glitter on top of the frosting for added sparkle.
