Preparation

  • Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the farfalle pasta and cook according to package instructions, then drain and allow to cool.
  • Grill the Chicken: Spray a grill pan with olive oil and heat over medium. Cut the chicken breasts in half lengthwise, season with Stone House Seasoning, and grill for 4 minutes on each side until cooked through. Cut into pieces.
  • Mix the Veggies: In a large mixing bowl, combine halved grape tomatoes, sliced cucumber, diced bell pepper, red pepper, red onion, and black olives.
  • Combine Chicken and Pasta: Add the cooled pasta and diced chicken to the vegetable mix and gently fold together.
