  • 2 lbs Chicken breast or beef Cut into 1-inch cubes

  • 1 Onion Quartered
  • 1 Bell pepper Cut into large squares
  • 1 Zucchini Sliced into ½-inch rounds

For the Marinade

  • 3 tablespoons Kabob seasoning or marinade
  • cup Olive oil For moisture

How to Make Kabobs on the Grill

  • Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes.
  • Chop the chicken or beef into 1-inch cubes. Quarter the onion, cut the bell pepper into squares, and slice the zucchini.
  • Mix marinade by combining seasoning and olive oil. Toss in protein and veggies until coated.
  • Thread marinated meat and vegetables onto skewers, pierce through middle for stability.
  • Preheat grill to medium-high heat (375°F to 400°F).
  • Grill kabobs, searing one side with the lid open for a few minutes, then close and cook for about 7 minutes.
  • Flip kabobs, close lid, and cook for another 5 to 7 minutes. Ensure chicken reaches 165°F and beef is at 140-145°F.
  • Remove kabobs from grill and cover with foil for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve with a sprinkle of fresh herbs for added flavor.
