How to Make a Brunch Board

  • Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Cut the puff pastry sheet into 16 squares and arrange them on the baking sheet.
  • Pierce the middle of each square using a fork, creating a border for your plum filling.
  • Arrange 3 plum slices in the center of each square.
  • Brush the borders with melted butter and sprinkle generously with sugar.
