How to Make Mulberry Jam

  • Wash the mulberries thoroughly. Gently remove the green stems.
  • Cook the mulberries in a thick-bottomed pan over medium heat, adding honey and a splash of water for 10-15 minutes until soft.
  • Stir in the chia seeds and cook for an additional 10-15 minutes. Adjust consistency and sweetness if necessary.
  • Cool the jam completely before transferring it to an airtight jar.
