Ingredients

For the Pudding Base

  • 1 cup Greek Yogurt opt for plain varieties for less sugar.
  • 1 cup Almond Milk can substitute with any milk type you prefer.
  • 2 tablespoons Maple Syrup honey can be used as an alternative.
  • 1/4 cup Chia Seeds no substitutions; integral for desired texture.
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract pure extract is best for a rich taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon optional, but highly recommended for flavor.

For Toppings

  • 1 cup Fresh Fruit consider berries, bananas, or mango.
  • 1/4 cup Nuts choose your favorites, like almonds or walnuts.

Instructions

How to Make

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
  • Stir in the chia seeds thoroughly and let the mixture sit for about 5 minutes.
  • After the initial 5 minutes, stir again to break up any clumps of chia seeds, ensuring an even texture throughout the pudding.
  • Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or a lid and refrigerate the mixture for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, allowing it to thicken to a pudding-like consistency.
  • Once set, divide the pudding into individual bowls or jars, then top with your favorite fresh fruits and nuts. Serve immediately.

Notes

For added sweetness, garnish with a drizzle of extra maple syrup. It’s perfect for meal prep!
