  • 1/4 cup grapefruit juice optional
  • 2 tablespoons agave adjust to taste

Preparation Steps

  • Prepare the salt rim: Place about ½ teaspoon of salt into a shallow dish. Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glass and gently press into the salt. Shake off excess salt.
  • Mix the juices: In a shaker, combine lime juice, orange juice, grapefruit juice (if using), and agave. Add alcohol-free tequila if desired. Toss in 3-4 ice cubes and shake for 15-20 seconds until chilled.
  • Strain into glass: Strain the mixture into your prepared glass over fresh ice.
  • Add the sparkle: Top the drink with lime sparkling water for added fizz.
  • Garnish and serve: Finish with a fresh lime slice for color and flavor.

Notes
