How to Make Dill Pickle Pasta Salad

  • Boil water in a large pot and add 1 pound of pasta. Cook until al dente, usually about 8 minutes. Drain the pasta and rinse it under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine 1 ⅓ cup mayonnaise and ½ cup pickle juice. Use a whisk to blend them into a creamy dressing. Season with salt and pepper to your liking—taste as you go!
  • Stir in ¼ cup chopped fresh dill and 2 cups of chopped dill pickles. The vibrant flavors will enhance the creamy dressing beautifully!
  • Add the cooled pasta to the mixing bowl and gently stir to coat it evenly with the dressing and pickles. Make sure every bite has that delicious flavor!
  • Transfer the mixture to a serving bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld together.

Notes

Optional: Garnish with extra chopped dill or sliced pickles for an eye-catching presentation.
