Preparation

  • Wash the ripe strawberries thoroughly and gently remove the tops. Place them in a serving cup or bowl.
  • In a skillet, melt 1 teaspoon of butter over medium heat. Add ⅓ cup of kataifi pastry, stirring frequently until golden brown and crispy—about 5 minutes.
  • Combine the crispy kataifi with 3 chopped pistachios in a bowl.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt 1 ounce of chocolate with ½ teaspoon of coconut oil, stirring every 30 seconds.
  • Pour the melted chocolate over the strawberries, ensuring they are well-coated. Top with the kataifi-pistachio mixture.
