  • 1 box Yellow Cake Mix opt for a gluten-free cake mix if needed
  • 2 large Eggs or flax eggs for a vegan alternative
  • 4 medium Overripe Bananas the riper, the better

For Optional Flavor Enhancements

  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon optional
  • 1 cup Nuts or Chocolate Chips optional

Directions

  • Mash 4 overripe bananas in a medium-sized bowl until smooth. Set aside.
