Making the Banana Bread

  • Mix in the flour, baking soda, and salt until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
  • Fold in the mashed bananas and vanilla extract gently until evenly distributed.
  • Divide the batter between the prepared loaf pans and bake for about 35-40 minutes.
  • Cool the banana bread in the pans for 5-10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
