  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese freshly shredded

For the Topping

  • 6 oz French fried onions divided

How to Make Crockpot Green Bean Casserole

  • In the bottom of your crockpot, add the cream of mushroom soup, milk, sour cream, garlic powder, kosher salt, ground black pepper, and shredded Parmesan cheese. Stir until everything is well blended and creamy.
  • Gently dump in the 58 oz. of green beans along with half of the French fried onions. Stir until the mixture is just combined, ensuring the beans are coated.
  • Cover the crockpot and cook on low heat for 2-3 hours. You'll know it's ready when the mixture is hot, bubbling, and the flavors have melded beautifully.
  • Stir the casserole well before serving. Top it with the remaining French fried onions and let them get a little crispy for that perfect crunch. Serve warm to your eager family and friends!
