How to Make Monkey Bread with Canned Biscuits

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F.
  • Grease a 12-cup fluted tube pan lightly with cooking spray.
  • Mix together granulated sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a large bag.
  • Cut the canned biscuits into quarters.
  • Toss the quartered biscuits in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  • Melt the butter and brown sugar together in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • Layer the quartered biscuits around the fluted tube pan, adding some chopped pecans every third of the way through.
  • Pour the brown sugar butter sauce on top of the biscuits.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 45 minutes.
