  • Mix the ricotta, honey, and vanilla in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy.
  • Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
  • Assemble the bruschetta by spreading ricotta on each slice and topping with roasted strawberries.
  • Drizzle with extra honey and serve immediately.
