How to Make Caesar Dressing

  • In a blender or food processor, add Dijon mustard, balsamic or red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy filets, garlic cloves, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth and well combined.
  • With the processor running, gradually drizzle in the olive oil. Blend until the mixture becomes emulsified and creamy in texture.
  • Stir in the freshly grated Parmesan cheese, followed by black pepper and kosher salt to taste. Be sure to adjust the seasoning based on your preference.
