Preparation

• Start by placing 3-ounce plastic cups onto a sturdy cookie sheet.
• Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Whisk in the berry blue Jello mix until completely dissolved.
• Stir in 1 cup of Red White & Berry Vodka.
• Add 1 cup of cold water to the mixture, then let it cool for about 20 minutes.
• Pour the blue gelatin mixture into the cups, filling them ⅓ of the way. Refrigerate for about 2 hours until set.
• Boil another 2 cups of water, whisk in the sweetened condensed milk and 2 packets of Knox unflavored gelatin.
• Once cooled, slowly add this white gelatin mixture to the cups, filling them another ⅓ of the way.
• Refrigerate for another 2 hours until set.
• Whisk the strawberry Jello mix into 2 cups of boiling water until dissolved. Stir in 1 cup of vodka.
• Mix in 1 cup of cold water and allow it to cool for 25-30 minutes. Pour the strawberry layer over the white layer.
• Refrigerate for 2 more hours to set completely.
• Top with whipped cream and patriotic sprinkles just before serving.
