Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons fresh ginger grated
  • 1 tablespoon ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • A pinch of black pepper to enhance turmeric absorption
  • A pinch of cayenne pepper
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Raw honey to cover the mixture

Instructions
 

  • Combine Ingredients: In a small jar, mix the grated ginger, ground turmeric, minced garlic, black pepper, cayenne pepper, and cinnamon.
  • Add Honey: Pour raw honey over the mixture until all ingredients are fully submerged. Stir well to combine.
  • Storage: Seal the jar tightly and store it in the refrigerator. The mixture can be kept for up to three months.
  • Usage: At the onset of flu symptoms, take one tablespoon of the mixture and mix it with warm water to create a soothing drink. Alternatively, consume it directly. Repeat up to three times daily as needed.
