Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb 450g sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Season the Steak:
  • Pat the steak pieces dry with paper towels. Season generously with salt and pepper.
  • Cook the Steak:
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak bites in a single layer, ensuring they do not overcrowd the pan. Sear for 2-3 minutes per side or until desired doneness. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  • Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
  • Reduce the heat to medium. Add butter to the same skillet and let it melt. Stir in minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
  • Combine and Serve:
  • Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
