Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ pounds 680g sirloin steak – cut into bite-sized cubes
  • Salt and pepper – to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil – for searing
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter – divided
  • 4 cloves garlic – minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley – chopped for garnish
  • Optional Pinch of red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions
 

  • 1️⃣ Season the Steak:
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the steak cubes, coating evenly.
  • 2️⃣ Sear the Steak:
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Sear steak cubes in a single layer for 2 minutes per side until browned.
  • Remove the steak and set aside.
  • 3️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
  • Lower the heat to medium.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic to the skillet, cooking until fragrant (30 seconds).
  • 4️⃣ Combine & Finish:
  • Return the steak to the pan.
  • Stir in the remaining butter and cook for 1 minute.
  • 5️⃣ Garnish and Serve:
  • Sprinkle fresh parsley and serve hot.
