How to Make a Graduation Charcuterie Board

  • Wash and dry all the fruit thoroughly.
  • Pull apart the pull-and-peel Twizzlers for decoration and edible diplomas.
  • To make cookie diplomas, lay a Pirouette cookie on top of one string of the Twizzler and tie.
  • To make the salami rose, fold two slices of salami and press together tightly.
  • Place green grapes in one corner of the board and black grapes in the opposite corner.
  • Lay the round crackers in the center in a large circular arrangement.
  • Sprinkle in the chocolate-covered pretzels between the grape clusters.
  • Position the folded salami roses around the upper half of the crackers.
  • Layer cheese slices starting with pepper jack cheese.
  • Place prosciutto and mozzarella rolls around the outer edge of the cheese.
  • Lay the Pirouette cookie diplomas diagonally under the prosciutto rolls.
  • Set the Biscotti cookies beneath the cookie diplomas.
  • Line the Rocher chocolates around the base of the crackers.
  • Place raspberries and blackberries in the gaps of the board.
