Ingredients
  

  • - ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • - ¼ cup water
  • - ¼ cup neutral oil canola or vegetable
  • - 2 large eggs
  • - ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • - 1 18.75 oz box brownie mix
  • - 1 10 oz bag Halloween chocolate chips
  • - Halloween sprinkles optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F. Line a 9×9-inch pan with foil or grease it.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together pumpkin, water, oil, eggs, and pumpkin pie spice.
  • Add brownie mix and stir until combined. Fold in half the chocolate chips.
  • Pour into pan. Sprinkle with remaining chips and sprinkles.
  • Bake for 40–45 mins, or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  • Cool completely before slicing.

Notes

- Use chocolate chips with orange/white for Halloween flair
- Let brownies cool fully before slicing
- Freeze extras for up to 3 months
